I offer a variety
of motivational programmes for people of all
ages and levels of fitness.Whether you want
to lose weight, tone up, improve flexibility
or enhance your existing training - I will
help you to achieve your goals,and have fun
too!

I
will bring a full range of equipment - and
sessions may include walking, jogging, cycling,
weights, aerobics, cross-training, swimming,
circuits and tennis. I can even take you rowing
on the river or teach you how to Salsa! Sessions
last for one hour and may be booked individually
or a block in advance

will also be given a computerised heart rate
print-out for each of your workouts in order
to monitor your progress and performance.
I also offer body composition analysis (body
fat), lung function and blood pressure assessments
on a regular basis.

| Before deciding
whether to go ahead, I offer a free
consultation to discuss your personal
health and fitness goals. This is based around
a questionnaire I will send you in advance,
and provides an opportunity for us to
meet and agree a suitable programme
to work to.
